Cancellation Policy

Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Thirns misses the opportunity to offer that appointment time to our other clients. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost.
• For clients on a prepaid facial treatment course, we will deduct the treatment from your prepaid course.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service treatment cost.

 

Online Booking Cancellations

Users may cancel bookings made online up to 48 hours in advance of the time of the appointment by going to their Fresha account. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 48 hour’s notice Thirns has the right to charge users the balance of the reserved treatment cost. Users who cancel appointments with more than 48 hours’ notice will only lose their reservation fee/deposit if one has been taken.

By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card on Thirns using the Fresha platform, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the service provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you.
